Arm Bar on Graco Evo

What is the solution to removing the arm bar if anyone knows it seems impossible

The handrail is removable. There is a small hole on the frame. Its on the frame inside just under the joint where u cant remove it. Put the handrail in installed position, and a small pin wil show up inside that hole. Use a pen or a small scrwdriver to push that pin thru the wall and pull the handrail out. Voila ur welcome
