Uppababy Cruz lower seat than the Vista?

I thought I was set on the Vista, but Which reviews the Cruz much more favouribly... But THE feature that attracted me to the Vista in the first place was the height of the seat... I can't seem to be able to work out if the cruz is lower from online research so far, but it kind of looks it from pics...?
