Buggy board for Mountail Buggy Duet

Has anyone used Lascal or another universal buggy board with Miuntain Buggy DUET? We are about to have baby #3, so I am looking for a buggy board for the oldest. MB does freerider, but I've heard some bad things about it, so am considering alternatives. Lascal has no data on the Duet fit, since they have not tested it. Any advise would be much appreciated.

The freerider is rubbish. I am wondering if you have room behind your middle child for No 3 to ride? You wont if the seats are reclined. Have you had a good look at a Duet?

Tiggywunkle, we have a duet already - got it when dd2 was born 1.5 years ago. It's a great point about the space in the back, especially with the carrycot fitted on for the baby. In all the excitement I forgot that there will be a carrycot attached to the buggy. I will fit it on and see if there is any space for dd1 left.

It's will fit to one side so you can have carrycot, then seat more upright on otherside with board behind. ( we managed to adapt slightly and fit two of the lascal minis behind. Not recommened for two but works fine. Maybe find somewhere that sells and take pram in with seat/ carrycot combo and get them to help you

Forevergreek, thanks so much. I took my buggy to John Lewis and Blue Daisy Nursery shops in NW London, but neither of them were willing to attach the buggy board to the buggy. I finally found a Peppermint nursery shop in Chiswick, where they have a display model and are willing to attach it to the buggy. So I will make the pilgrimage there this week. Interestingly most retailers have no buggies on display - they only have boxed ones and are unwilling to open or attach them. Thank you so much for your advice. Having three little ones very close together creates all sorts of interesting challenges.

Oh, just one more question - when you used Lascal mini, did your little one stand between you and the buggy handle or inside the buggy handle? Thank you
