Best double to fit in a Honda Jazz

Dear all

I need (I think) to buy a double pushchair, as DC is due on DD's 2nd birthday.
I have just (today!) bought a Honda Jazz.

I don't want to buy new, and can't afford a 2nd hand Phil and Teds.

I've seen a couple of ads for cheap Graco Quattro Tour Duos, which would be quite handy as I have the car seat and base already for this. Is is likely to fit in m boot?

If not, any idea what will?

Thanks. :)

I think you'd maybe have to get a side-by-side that folds flat and stand it in the boot, perhaps with parcel shelf off.

Best thing to do is go to Mothercare (or other pram outlet) and try out a few. I've done that before - they are usually quite happy to let you try. Is the easiest way to check as even checking measurements doesn't always help. According to the dimensions given, my current double shouldn't fit in the boot of my car but it's actually a perfect fit and can still get loads of shopping in :)

Oh thanks.

I really don't want a side by side. I bought one before when I was expecting twins, and one was stillborn so we had to sell it... I can't look at them without getting upset, I really couldn't own one. :( I know that sounds really silly.

I have just bought a Joovy Caboose and absolutely love it. It is very easy/compact to fold

I don't really understand it, does the child face you at the back?

Was just going to say my Maclaren Twin Techno fits perfectly in my Honda Jazz, and I have a roughly two year age gap too.

But if you don't want a side by side - I've borrowed my friends Phil and Ted's before and that fits fine in the boot of my Jazz too.

Quite excited by the Joovy Caboose, but there don't seem to be any second hand ones anywhere...

My friend had a caboose and liked it but it was quite bulky so she sold it and went back to single pushchair and this.
