Double buggy decision (in particular OBaby Zynergi Zoom tandem)

DS1 will be 20 months when DC2 is born. I have narrowed it down to:

1)Graco Stadium Duo tandem - cheap and appears to have everything I need. Bit worried cheap means cheap and nasty

2) OBaby Zynergi Zoom tandem - I have found it at a really good price and I looove it but I was wondering if anyone has experience of this, as I can't find many reviews. In particular, I can't tell from the details if the seats recline? Also how much of a problem is it that it is pretty long?


3) Baby Jogger city select - if we win the lottery before baby arrives ; )

I was also wondering more generally what age kiddies stop using the pushchair, ie how much is it worth spending? I walked everywhere when I was on maternity leave last time and would hope to do the same again.

I've been looking for ages and want to make a decision!!

No experiance of 2 & 3 but the Graco Stadium Duo Tandem is sodding AWFUL! flimsy and crap!
