Does anyone know what's going on with this company at present? I ordered a bag for my raincover to attach to my BJCM ages ago. Had some correspondence from them saying they had a backlog of orders and they'd be in touch in due course. Left it a while and contacted them again recently just to see if there was any progress on my order. Have heard nothing back. Seems a bit odd..

Similar here, I ordered one of the rain cover bags and it took almost three weeks before I got it, I was very very peeded off with them but did get emails to let me know eventually when it was on it's way.
