Second pushchair recommendations for grandparents?

Hi ya,
My mum despreately wants to buy herself a pushchair for when baby arrives next month - first grandchild so everyone is stupidly excited! I really don't want her spending a fortune has anyone got any recommendations? Needs to be suitable from birth and lightweight. I've got a Quinny Buzz and maxi cosi pebble car seat so would be good if it was compatible but not essential.
Hope you can help x

i don't know what your budget is. I'd say baby jogger city mini. It's really easy to use. Light and super easy to fold and open. Look on the baby jogger website for more info. Can be bought cheaply from boots.com online and there's a ten percent sale code on another thread in this pushchairs section. Making it 161.99 at the moment. Great quality. Will see grandma through many more grandchildren too!

hi, something that is simple to fold! no mater how many times i show my mum she still takes forever lol! i have a techno and she manages fine with that but the zapp is another story. Wink i would say the baby jogger although i don't have one i have seen how easy they are to fold.

I'd definitely get either a maclaren or a BJCM then you can borrow it for holidays when you don't have room to take the Buzz.

Hello,

My mother has her very on petite star zia, nice, cheap and easy to manoeuvre. You can pick one up pretty cheap these days,

We have found to a perfect part time pushchair.
Worth looking at I think.

I found zia tippy and flimsy feeling. bought a city mini and love it, can open and close it with one hand, it's compact for the boot and fits large kids in it as well as reclining for newborns. and when you find you hate your bulky, wobbly buzz, you can nick her BJCM for yourself!

BJCM is an amazing pushchair. You will not be disappointed that your mother has bought it and you can nick it of her
