Micralite superlite...Carrycot Compatible?

anyone used the micralite fastfold carrycot with their superlite?

I got my fastfold today and I can't see any difference with the frame itself from the superlite, so would imagine you could with ease. Got the bar to attach it to and the end of the frame where the leg-rest is.

If you want me to measure anything to give dimensions I'm happy to do so - but was going to ask Micralite if I can get a superlite seat as honestly the frame is identical

i prefer the material tho to the superlite seat don't you becks? what about the recline?

i emailed micralite mega impressed the mailed straight back to say yes carrycot is compatible im hoping to ttc no.4 and i love the micralite so much would love to use with carrycot be a really compact system!

tyaca i've had both, the differences are mainly cosmetic apart from the recline it does go further back on superlite.

the chassis is black which i love, and the material of the seat is like a plastic mesh.

I wonder if Micralite have any spare fastfold covers hanging about?

I prefer the fabric of the fastfold, the recline of the superlite - but saying that I found it really hard to do with ds20m - it would have been easier had there been a bumper bar for him to grab hold of so he could take his weight whilst I brough the seat forward.

it's a newer fastfold so exactly the same frame as superlite - with strap to footrest and quick release handles - and open basket at the front. Had the same problem as mine though - seems those pesky washers on the axle are known for breaking - but they fixed with with wire and it's now fine.

If you've a bigger LO go for decent nick 2nd hand off ebay - mine was 6 months old and £55 - but if you want to buy new get superlite
