need a light buggy for 15kg+ 15month old boy

Hi i'm looking for a new buggy/pushchair for our 15month old who weighs 15kg - why do they all say suitable up to only 15kg and that this is supposed to be the weight of a 4 year old? He is tall - 87cms but in proportion but feeling like I have a monster child as I can't find one that will take his weight according to their blurb. Really want a folding lightweight one that doesnt take up loads of space.
Currently using old mothercare trenton which is beast of size but does the job. Britax beep failed miserably but other issues with that pile of rubbish anyway! Any advice on good pushchairs that take a lot more than they say - want a maclaren style really but nervous about spending £200 if it doesnt handle well.
He really isnt a monster!!

15kg is what they are safety tested up to, lots will be fine with heavier weights.
Baby Jogger City Mini are fab for tall bigger ones. Not as small as a MacLaren folded but easier to push.
