Baby jogger city select and public transport!

I know someone else was wondering this a while ago so thought I'd update.

Finally picked up my city select yesterday. (I love it) anyway thought i'd make use of the fact that I had no food in the house and the basket on this pram is unbelievably big and jumped on a bus to the local tesco's!

It was easy enough to get on the bus but the driver lowered the floor so it was just a case of wheeling it on. I had plenty of room to turn the pram and got it in the pram bay with no problems. I only had one seat on it but reckon it would fit comfortably with 2 seats on, you do however have to stand next to it in the ailse rather than in the pram bay with it. I think it would be a tight squeeze with the carrycot on as the carrycot does stick out quite a way.

It is fairly heavy getting it up and down steps (what double isn't really?) but if you put your foot on the bar at the bottom to help lift it up it makes it a whole lot easier.

The brake is fantastic. The pram didn't move an inch the whole time we where on the bus.

On the whole, I wouldn't use it on the bus has a daily thing but it is certainly do-able for the odd journey!
