DC2 on the way... upgrade to pear or buggy board?

DC2 is on the way. (only just found out... still in shock)
Everything this flying around in my head....

DS will be 2&3 months ish when baby #2 arrives.
Already got an icandy apple and totally love it! So just umming and arrhing about whether to upgrade to the pear, get a buggy board, or just a new buggy completely.

Hubby is quite tall, so strollers are out of the question with him leaning over and he does do a lot of the walking & changing whilst out!

its gonna cost £350 all in for the pear upgrade kit, carrycot fabric & car seat adaptors. Is it worth it?
