Nah, it's only got seven bedrooms. And no upstairs photos: bet there's damp up the top, or a Mr Blobby theme bedroom or summat....

Skang Fri 02-Aug-13 08:20:56

Is the kitchen a really strange colour or is it just the lighting? Weird either way.

UnexpectedItemInShaggingArea Fri 02-Aug-13 08:27:40

Blimey you lot are hard to please grin

EeyoreIsh Fri 02-Aug-13 08:28:52

Lovely on the outside. hideous inside.

Sunnyshores Mon 05-Aug-13 11:24:45

beautiful views, hate the wavy bits on the exterior and the inside is hideous. Suppose you could bulldoze it and build again!!

CanadianJohn Mon 05-Aug-13 14:24:04

Definitely a fabulous location, but I think all those boaters anchored in your harbour are a little inconsiderate. Maybe you could ask them to park somewhere else.

The house inside isn't bad, though the kitchen needs gutting. I wonder why there are so many pix of the outside, and so few of the inside <suspicious>.

I suspect that "the highest and best use" (as appraisers put it) would be bulldoze and rebuild.

Love the kitchen layout

frogwatcher42 Tue 06-Aug-13 22:01:45

I would have to gut it. Outside is good though.

BrianTheMole Tue 06-Aug-13 22:02:45

I like it, but for that price the gardens a bit small. I'd expect acres for that. And the colours weird, its all very green.

LEMisdisappointed Tue 06-Aug-13 22:04:53

My Eyes!!!! it has a PINK kitchen FFS grin

WetAugust Thu 08-Aug-13 00:47:04

Great location - but wouldn't want to try putting my car in that garage perching inches from the sea wall. Arghh!

UnexpectedItemInShaggingArea Thu 08-Aug-13 07:19:08

WetAugust grin

Honestly, that is a beautiful house and I won't have you lot spoil it for me!

I'm thinking that house belongs to Richard and Judy or is next door!

LynetteScavo Sat 10-Aug-13 18:27:29

LOL @ the carefully staged Chanel and Gucci shopping bags. I mean, where do you buy Chanel or Gucci in Cornwall, and who the hell wears Chanel or Gucci when in Cornwall?!

pod3030 Sat 10-Aug-13 18:27:33

ooh i used to live in Flushing. Every full moon the street floods and the swans come swimming up to see you at your door. Ah, happy days (student at local art college)

That's mine WetAugust. If I win the euro millions you can come and live with me.

We'll drink gin on that balcony every night while dh entertains the dcs. smile

WetAugust Sat 10-Aug-13 20:43:00

Didn't notice the carrier bags. Gone off it now cos it's a too poser-ish. Should have had Salt Rock, Mishulu and 49 degree bags for Cornwall.

It says its a new home so can't be Richard and Judy's.

Ok - I'' downsize as there's not much on for a few mil at the mo:

Plus it has the bonus of being able to tell people you live in 'fuck' -

sailorsgal Sat 10-Aug-13 20:55:28

The house in Falmouth not the new one.

GemmaTeller Sat 10-Aug-13 21:02:20

I love the first one!

Is that a garage or a boat house? (just checking, you know...need to see if my yacht will fit grin

Richard & Judy live nr me, in Talland Bay I think. I know that Falmouth house, lovely spot.

GemmaTeller Sat 10-Aug-13 21:17:46

I like number 2, number 1 is too ugly & I wouldn't buy a grade II* house, not allowed to do anything to it pretty much. I don't like the indoor pool, reminds me of too small hotel pools & I think the noise levels would be horrific. Fussy?

UnexpectedItemInShaggingArea Mon 12-Aug-13 20:55:11

Ok, no one liked the last one, what about this?

The kitchen in the Beach road house reminds me of a mortuary, not what I want when I'm cooking

The Merry Mead house is nice for a new build. The kitchen and bathroom need sorting though, they're a bit meh.

saggyhairyarse Mon 12-Aug-13 23:47:09

I think a murder was committed in picture 6, my God that is terrible. That said, the house on the whole is gorgeous and I also like the St Mawes house.
