a bit like this one
Ie. quite a big house, with large rooms, and a large garden. Not a little 3 bed cottage.

The last one on our street similar to this sold in early 2007 for £285k but was probably a bit smaller in each room.

Around £450k.

Thanks Hannah.

Should have said - where do you live though? Very roughly - don't need name of town if you don't want to.

Market town in West Herts.

Not many 3-bed terraces of that size around (lots of 4-bed for some reason) but this is a comparable size, if not as nice!

I live in a popular Yorkshire market town and I'd say £325-350k here depending on the condition and which road it was on.

Here's mine

Accepted offer of £300k, but (a) am a very nice person who's not money-grabbing and
(b) am 1/2 mile from poncy East Dulwich, so prices more reasonable.
