Has anyone bought a bathroom from Vistoria Plumb?

They have styles we like but seem very cheap.

Are they too good to be true, or okay?

We bought our bathroom from them and we had no problems at all, a jolly fine bathroom (well it will be if we ever finish decorating).....

Said bathroom suite was installed nearly 4.5 years ago!

I havent but my plumber recommends them and as he fits them he should know!
He doesnt rate the Bathstore = overpriced!

I agree that Bathstore is pricey. It looks good initially but you have to buy so many 'extras' that it ends up costing a fortune!

Got our shower tray and enclosure from there. Good value for money. Instructions were crap though.

We bought from them - the product was fine but the customer service was appalling. They delivered a damaged product initially and, quite rightly took it away immediately but it then took weeks and weeks to get the product replaced, endless phone calls, really unpleasant people to deal with if something does go wrong.
