Getting Floors Sanded

We live in a victorian property with dark varnished floors. I want to get them re sanded and coated with a lighter colour.

Baywindow sitting room, dining room and downstairs hallway plus half landing and small upstairs landing.

Any idea what this would cost. First time round we did it ourselves but DH far too busy with work and I cant face the mess.

i seem to remember a figure of £30 per square metre for the whole job but ours were in a very bad state
