Any such thing as a decent solar powered outside wall light?

"The builders have left the building" as they say today (whoop whoop) and we are soooo pleased with everything...... except we wish we'd had outdoor light/s on the wall by the front door (as well as at the back of the house).

We do not want to start again with mess / dust etc, think they'd have to run electrics through the hall just when we're finished, so I was wondering whether there is a decent wall light that would be solar powered, or I suppose even battery powered that would look half decent.

Any suggestions / recommendations??

We have just done this ( spooky!) we have put a rechargeable battery light from John Lewis at the front to just light the porch. At the back we got a solar powered flood light, from Scewfix. The solar panel is on top of the garage, facing South.
After a bit of adjusting they seem to be working well.
