We are renovating a 2 bed flat for rental,needs new bathroom ,smartening up kitchen.general decor e.t.c.,Can anyone recommend reliable contractor,or individual tradesmen.We live in Cardiff,so need reliable workforce completed on time+ within budget.

We are renovating a 2 bed flat for rental ,professional couple, should we put a bath with shower over in,or a double length shower cubicle + no bath at all. This is the only bathroom ,no room for en suite. Fulham area.
