Just wondered what is a reasonable amount to pay a labourer for laying a 15 by 16 foot area of decking ( already have a concrete base to lay on for most of the area ) the guy I have doing the job is going to take 3 days to install it by himself. He worked today 9am till roughly 15.30 and is charging me £130 per day same hours each day. Just worked it out and means he charging me nearly £20 an hour is this about right ? He did say originally it would take between 2-3 days now he saying definitely 3 days and feel like he stringing it out to get the £130 for each day. Any advice please ?
