We have a party wall agreement that is signed by our appointed surveyor without reference to us. She has agreed to hoardings 50 cm from 2 major windows rather than at the boundary wall, or to limit the time whilst these are in place, for rendering only. I know we can appeal through the courts, but surely she should have discussed with us first? Is this professional negligence?
