Kitchen floor

I am so indecisive. We have narrowed it down to limestone but I can't decide. We are having a dark grey shaker in frame kitchen, white work tops. All the pinterest pics of dark grey shaker kitchens have wooden floors!

I find the tumbled stones too chalky and rustic and I don't like the big uneven grout lines. But I am worried that honed is too slick, will be slippery and show up more dust/crumbs etc. But I love the depth of colour you get when its been honed. In an ideal world it would be lightly tumbled with a straight edge! I'm looking for mid grey, quite a warm grey - currently looking at Milan limestone from Mandarin stone honed and tumbled

Has anyone had a honed floor in a kitchen, is it a bad idea? And does anyone have any other stone suggestions? I only have a week to decide...

thanks in advance
