What would you do with this space?

Have a year or so to plan a new kitchen space. This is what we have - 1930s semi, living room to the right of the kitchen. Toilet currently unused except by DH because it's grim. Lean-to is brick and currently houses washing machine and small chest freezer. The built on cupboards are original, floor to ceiling and I love them so would love to keep them (or recreate them). Not averse to extending but just not sure how to deal with all the complexities or chimney and loo etc etc. Inspiration, ideas or suggestions of who I could contact for the two much welcome!

If you are considering extending then maybe line up some architects to come and quote ?
If you read do the inside and don't address the lean too it might be a bit of a shame ?
