Selling rental property

I am going to be selling my property which is currently let. I plan to talk to my tenants in a couple of weeks to see how they wish to proceed. I am happy for them to stay until sale or go if that's what they would prefer but I'd like to offer a rental discount either way for their inconvenience. They are on a rolling contract so I would have to give them 2 months notice and they would have to give me one month. What amount of discount would be appropriate? If they choose to leave I'd like to give them a discount to go towards moving cost, of they stay I'd like to give them a discount for inconvenience of allowing viewings as well as the above discount. Any thoughts?

Entirely up to you - you don't have to give a discount and they don't have to allow any viewings.

As I'm sure yoiu know , unless you sell to another landlord there can be no exchange of contracts until they have gone, unless the buyer wants to take on the risk and costs if they don't .
