Has anyone used Holtye Windows and can recommend them??

Small local firm with an unusual name so I would guess you would remember if you had! We're looking to get wooden kitchen window, back door and patio doors replaced with uPVC. The guy who came to give the quote seems knowledgeable and experienced but I know there are some horror stories out there.
