Chancet wood/abbey brook a pleasant area?

Hi, I'm currently looking at a property in the chancet wood area. The house being near beauchief, woodseats and greenhill.

I wanted to get the general opinion of the area. Is it known to be please/safe. Also what are the schools like in catchment.

I will be living there with my partner and will be looking to have a child in the next year or two.

Any input would be greatly appreciated as I completely knew to the area.
