Wonky Tiles and Wood Burning Stove?

I've searched high a low for an answer to this.. or even some thoughts on it... but to no avail! I am hoping someone on here can help me?
The hubs and I have just bought a semi-d victorian house. Lovely house, lovely area, needs some work... so anyhow... there are four fire places in the house and we want a wood burner in each recess... however the hearth tiles are uneven and I'm not sure the burner would sit flat... in fact I'm pretty sure it wont.
Any ideas how I can make this work? Really don't want to rip these tiles up and re-do?

Four wood burning stoves sounds rather excessive! We have one and I love it. Sorry not sure re hearth - ours is on a hearth of bricks which are flat (also a Victorian house).

If you get a stove style with 4 individual legs im sure a good stove fitter would be able to stack up each leg where needed so it was level. I bet it would be such small amounts you wouldn't notice. Could just be packed out with little bits of metal?

I have seen lots of stoves in older/rustic fireplaces, I doubt any of them perfectly level. Ring round some stove fitters for some friendly advice, I'm sure they will be happy to answer this type of query if they might get chance to quote/do the work. Also, many chimney sweeps are qualified fitters so if you need the chimneys swept you can tie in a more in depth Q&A then.

Also be aware that you might not be able to fit woodburners in existing fireplaces, depending on materials. We are also doing up a house with 4 fire places, and had originally wanted to put a woodburner in one with a lovely wooden mantelpiece and surround but there are strict regs about how near you can have combustible materials and couldn't do it without removing the wood.
