Buying at auction?

Argh! just found a lovely house . Offered to be told " they've decided it's going to auction"

Half tempted to go to the auction but I guess you have to invest in the searches /survey etc without any guarantee you will get it? Is that about right?

They want to sell/move fast. So do I and have the cash ready and accessible but that doesn't seem to mean anything these days.

Going to try substantially upping the offer I guess but if they still brush me off I should I suppose walk away..

Anyone bout at auction. How did it go?

It's easy, too easy, but a great way to buy because you don't have to wait around.

Get your ducks in a row, organise your finances,

Stand at the side of the room so you can see everyone, keep eye contact with the auctioneer.

I always put my first bid in just before it goes, usually who ever thought they had it, finds it hard to restart, especially if you seem determined.

READ THE LEAGAL PACK

good luck.
