Glazing extension

We are currently building an extension and need to decide on company to provide French windows. From what we understand cantifix is the Rolls Royce system but with a price to match. Others have recommended Culmax, much cheaper.
I note 18months ago people noted that Culmax customer service left something to be desired.
Does anyone have any recent experience of Culmax or cantifix? Both quality of product and customer service?

Hi did you ever hear anything back on this? I'm also wondering about using Culmax but am also worried about bad reviews of their customer service so would be interested to hear what other people's experience has been.
