Just after I recovered from realising that this two bedroom flat is on the market for nearly 600k, I find myself unable to stop laughing at the totally staged photos. Unless of course the vendor was planning on jumping straight in the bath once the estate agent had gone? Grin

Love the ariel photo of the harbour; as if that has any relationship with the view from the window...

I love how the cups of tea keep moving about to be just in front of the camera, but never get drunk.

Maybe the bath is full of limescale...

This reminds me of when we were viewing- one vendor could only let us look round at teatime, so fine- no problem, teatime it was. When we'd finished, the estate agent shook hands and drove away, and out of nowhere, one of the neighbours appeared, explaining that they were also trying to sell their house and if we had a minute, did we want to have a look. So, we did.

Never seen so much staging in my life!

Half past four-ish, one woman, three obviously hungry and fractious small children, and a bottle of red wine, two tall stem glasses and a small bowl of olives artfully arranged on the patio table Grin

I wouldn't know where to start in there. do I drink one of the many cups of tea. Jump into the rapidly cooling bath or play Monopoly Confused

Well Phil, Kirstie et al do insist on "selling the lifestyle", and how else will you get your monopoly money's worth out of the waterproof TV than by permanently being in the bath?

Very staged but I wouldn't mind staying there Grin

I like that the ever so casually placed book and remote appear magically out if nowhere in the second of the master bedroom photos. And I live the ridiculously teeeeeeeeeeeny TV in there Grin

Ah but the monopoly board has a boat theme - that adds a few grand to the property price!

Took a few looks before I noticed the red arrows on the arial/harbour shots pointing out location

love the TV in the bathroom showing the weather forecast - do people really have TVs fixed in their bathrooms?

I wonder will they play one of those DVD's of a crackling log fire on it if the place doesn't sell before winter?
