Hello!
We are about to put our house on the market. I am fairly sure we will go with an online agent (they're a bit more full service than some, they're local so they have knowledge and will handle all negotiations etc). I also have had traditional agents round to quote and I just can't see that they will provide thousands of pounds more value than the online agent who charges £400. Can anyone think of a catch or has used an online agent and regretted it? Thanks!
