I live in a Bungalow, but I don't know what you mean by 'conversion'
Do you mean: going into the roof?
I absolutely love it. Best thing I ever did (property wise) and I think this is my 7th.

We have one and are in the process of extending the back to make a large kitchen diner and extend the lounge. We are also landscaping the garden. In two years we will add 2 bedrooms and a shower room in the loft for the DC who will be 13 and 11 then. Our room will be in its own little annex downstairs with its own hallway and large ensuite. We will convert the downstairs current bathroom to a utility room.

Bungalows are great as there is so much more space to work with. You just need a bit of imagination to make them into the home you want. We got some great ideas from an architect as we were struggling to fit in what we wanted. I will see if I can find some pics of ours.
