Random fridge question

Can't believe am posting on here
So can you buy what I can only describe as: the things that go along the fridge shelves in the door that stop contents of said shelves kind of falling out and splattering everywhere when said door is opened?
My fridge does not have one. This makes the whole shelf useless. It is the logical place for wine juice, milk, etc as nowhere else is tall enough and it is just wrong to lie them down
Do these things exist? Or does anyone have ideas for improvising?
