Roneik - I think you should have a break from the hpc/property forums for a while. It's not healthy to be this concerned about house prices!

roneik · 14/09/2014 13:12

Here's who should have a break , see video . She only owes a couple of million

I was a bit worse for wear when I posted the thread starter.
Don't worry there's hundreds if not millions like her , it's the recovery

I was curious to know if any posters were hoarding tins yet.

I have rushed out and bought some Kleenex as the thought of a buy to fret landlord getting some real life moments in some scruffy bed sit brings me to tears of laughter . The thoughts of karma come to mind

Roneik you really do need to start these types of threads on HPC. You'll get the hysterical replies you want there...

Report
roneik · 15/09/2014 14:18

Not a member of HPC so cant. Anyway my thread is buy to eat , I only linked to the now destitute buy to fret landlady for reference purposes.

I don't intend leverage to purchase my personal hoard of tinned rations. I do intend reinforcing the attic if any more poor me "i woz a hard working highly leveraged greedy sod buy to fret landlord" ,I could not get rich quick articles in the papers . This will allow my hoard to increase if things get any more wobbly on the economic front

Couldn't have put it better myself Owl. As a "buy to fret landlord" I couldn't give a shit.

HaveToWearHeels · 15/09/2014 14:26

sorry "buy to fret landlord"

Owl, One was inquiring if other members were hoarding tinned goods yet , or if they would use economic breakdown as an opportunity to lose a lot of weight

Perhaps you should have asked in English then, rather than gibberish. Which applies equally to your subsequent posts which make no sense whatsoever.

One seems to have brought one or two of the buy to fret brigade to the thread

One wonders what pressure they must feel in these times of near game end or reset

What a strange thread.

I am neither a tenant nor a landlord, but OP, you sound unhinged.

roneik · 15/09/2014 14:35

I think one eventually stops defecating in the woods, be it a bear or a buy to fret landlord if you don't eat

In fact I think the final outcome is death

So one was asking what the other posters thought '

Dont fret the army and navy do some good tents

Unhinged but no debt and a big stack of tinned goods. what more could a citizen want in a country that's wobbly economically speaking

Well to be called unhinged is quite an honor really , I only own a 2 up but will have that made up as a warning sign , bit like beware of the dog

It's Buy to Fucking Let, I am doing no fretting and how do you know I don't own my properties outright. I only come to these threads as I can't believe how much twaddle you talk it makes me laugh !

Report
roneik · 15/09/2014 15:04

I like a laugh too, in fact I have been laughing at the twaddle I have put on the thread

Nothing wrong with a bit of twaddle , I have been hearing a lot of it from our leaders. In fact Brown started it and this lot continued

I was wondering if the local council needed a new spin doctor to lighten up the council tax payers day?

A lot of twaddle and a lot of tins

Is buy to fret really that stressful ? that it brings out f word and me being called unhinged

I dont object to being called unhinged or an illiterate , all I want is other hoarders views

Do they stack em vertically , do they bury the tins. do the tins go rusty?

Do I need to fortify my home to stay safe from scavenging destitute buy to fret landlords in the event of an economic event?

Can I safely ignore sell by date on my hoard

Does anyone in the buy to fret game think I will be on a winner selling these tins of life giving morsels at ridiculously multiplied prices

Could it turn into a buy and would the government bail me out if I was to borrow massively . Could I reasonably hope for help to buy scheme being started by the government to assist me in screwing over these vonerable landlords

I don't think anyone should be able to buy a 2nd home with a mortgage and those who do buy should have strict rent controls rather than rent levels that reflect their mortgage payments. I renovate properties for a living but hope beyond hope that the bottom falls out of this ridiculous market where a flat where I live which is a bit of a house with no garden is at least 10x the average local salary. Although interestingly it has been in the interest of the last few govts to do absolutely anything to keep prices inflated this appears if a recent money phone in is anything to go by one of the first times in history that prices falling is not really an election loser. You sound a bit eccentric OP but you are right regardless

eccentric I am, but worked hard all my life and have children . Where will this madness end? I agree with your comment about not being an election loser

The problem is it's so much part of the economy now it threatens not only young generation but all of us

I originally used to think at some point affordability would cause it all to reverse, I wonder now if it will be revolution

I standby my comments I believe we are in big trouble that could be sparked by anything even the Scottish referendum, we are living on top of a debt mountain controlled by crooks and ponzi scheme spivs

I agree fully with you it is an unsustainable debt addiction. Previous govts have sold everyone the dream that we can all live in JL ad and even if we can't afford it they will find a way to lend us beyond our means to keep it all going. I hope that the reverse comes soon. The last time it could have happened without carnage was about 2005. But it cannot continue affordability is just not there and people have a right to have a home. I hope Scotland votes yes but wither way things are changed forever as we have had a taster of the desire for decentralisation and better local representation. Cameron and co have no idea how some people live but as I said I don't think prices falling is a vote loser and the longer this goes on I think it will be the reverse. The numbers hoping for a crash will exceed those who want it kept afloat.

I agree housing has got to be the number one issue and they will have to build massive amounts of housing eventually.
The renters wont be a minority for much longer, in order to be elected they are going to have to tackle this problem I was lucky being born at a time when housing was at sane prices. One average earner could afford.

I cannot see another bail out being tolerated by have not's. I can feel it something is going to happen, an event and I also believe it will lead to upheaval and hardship maybe rioting.
It's not only the government out of touch with the way people are living, it's the buy to let rent crucifying not only the low paid

What incentive to work for so many who have nothing to show for the effort
