Oh and fees apply of course.

hesterton Tue 03-Jun-14 19:20:10

Good grief! That takes the biscuit! !

Fucking hell, London has gone mad.

GemmaTeller Tue 03-Jun-14 19:23:35

o-m-f-g-g shock

I notice they're not showing the 'en-suite' bathroom

SunshineOutdoors Tue 03-Jun-14 19:26:23

shock going to bookmark this and look every time house seems a little small grin

SunshineOutdoors Tue 03-Jun-14 19:27:27

Sorry with hindsight grin was a bit flippant. I actually feel a little sad about somebody living there.

Pooka Tue 03-Jun-14 19:27:29

It doesn't have a floor plan so couldn't possibly comment wink

FelixFelix Tue 03-Jun-14 19:28:32

You shit out the window.

kukeslala Tue 03-Jun-14 19:29:10

Wheres the en suite? In the cupboard by the back door?

GiveTwoSheets Tue 03-Jun-14 19:29:40

Is the ensuite bathroom the cupboard/wardrobe in the corner

randomfemale Tue 03-Jun-14 19:31:18

no doubt the 'en suite' is a cheap B&Q bucket under the sink

HolidayArmadillo Tue 03-Jun-14 19:32:11

That is mental. I currently rent a 4 bed with conservatory and playroom for less than that!!

CraicWhore Tue 03-Jun-14 19:33:12

Must have lived in London too long because I actually think this is worth considering! blush

TalkinPeace Tue 03-Jun-14 19:34:34

"shared roof terrace"

Hobbes8 Tue 03-Jun-14 19:35:46

I like that it shows how close the primary schools are - ideal for families.

I looked at a 'flat' once which was someone's converted garage, and it was bigger than that.

Oakmaiden Tue 03-Jun-14 19:35:49

No... shock

I pay only just over that (£790) for a 6 bedroom, 3 reception Victorian Townhouse with servant's bells and stuff...

fuckinglondonballs Tue 03-Jun-14 19:38:10

'Fully furnished' though! grin

HortenMarket Tue 03-Jun-14 19:39:55

They probably took the photo sitting on the 'en suite bathroom'. hmm

Deverethemuzzler Tue 03-Jun-14 19:43:54

I notice the list of rooms doesn't include a bedroom.
How can you have a kitchen and ensuite bathroom with a bloody bedroom?

SpottieDottie Tue 03-Jun-14 19:45:17

only 200m from a primary school that 'requires improvement' - I doubt they will get many takers!

Oakmaiden Tue 03-Jun-14 19:45:29

Ah well, that makes a lot of difference. You would need a lot of furniture to fully furnish a flat...

wonkylegs Tue 03-Jun-14 19:47:35

Seriously depressing to think that someone will live in that.
It seems to be half the size of our living room - this is why we live oop north.
We stayed with friends in the SE recently & stayed in their double guest room which was slightly smaller than our single room. Everything seems very expensive & squeezed down there.

DillydollyRIP Tue 03-Jun-14 19:49:17

I'd like to be able to make a cup of tea without having to get out of bed so might be a contender smile

burnishedsilver Tue 03-Jun-14 19:57:35

OMG. Its a utility room with a bed in it. The landlord should be ashamed of him/her self.
