moving to Freshbrook in Swindon

Hi Everyone
I have just agreed price on a lovely 4 bed detached house with beautiful garden in Selby Crescent SN5 Freshbrook for 207,000. I am just quite suspicious if this is a good price for the property in this area as I am from London and don't know Swindon much. There is a good school right behind a corner, plus some tesco and asda store so everything that I need really, Somehow I am worried this is not a good area and perhaps in 5 or 10 years time when we want to move on with properties and the kids are older we wont sell it good. I got suspicious after checking zoopla for previous house sales in this area that were not very good and some houses were resisted many times before sold for less money than originally listed. I am not an agent and know nothing about properties but perhaps anyone knows a little bit more about selby crescent and the houses there and what is and isn't a good price.
