What about ends of cabinets and plinths and those bits around tops and bottoms?

We have cream kitchen. Is good quality but not our style would just replacements work?

there are some companies who specialise in overhauling kitchens - might be worth doing a web search to see if there's one local to you ?! :-)

Well all the parts can normally be unscrewed/clipped off and then new ones fitted to match the new doors. Kitchen door ranges always have trims and accessories with them. They are quite expensive, I would look for a trade-price supplier, because B&Q etc will charge you their inflated "list" price for items that aren't in a package. You can buy things like that from internet suppliers, if you take a little time to work out what you want, or as OnePlan says there are companies who will organise it for you.
