MacaYoniandCheese Fri 14-Jun-13 22:31:22

The one without the wheelie bins.

DipMeAGAIN Fri 14-Jun-13 22:32:19

I would guess at the one on the left with the nice looking fence.

Theselittlelightsofmine Fri 14-Jun-13 22:32:38

I say the one with the bins

Relaxedandhappyperson Fri 14-Jun-13 22:33:01

The one with the blue closed gate - the blinds are all up.

Picoo Fri 14-Jun-13 22:34:00

the one with the blue gate

DramaAlpaca Fri 14-Jun-13 22:35:12

The one with the blue closed gate.

Photo 2 shows a living room with a tall hedge outside the window.
The floorplan shows the front door is on the right of the living room.

So it's the one with the blue gate

AwsomeMrsFox Fri 14-Jun-13 22:36:11

I'd say the one on the right because of teh last shot showing end of terrace.

PigletJohn Fri 14-Jun-13 22:39:08

it's the one with the light blue front door.

iheartdusty Fri 14-Jun-13 22:39:56

If you look at picture 2 you can see the hedge so it s the lefthand of the two properties, the one with a hedge in front

Mintyy Fri 14-Jun-13 22:40:58

Ah yes, good point about the hedge! What do you think about the house? I think its nice but seems a bit pricey shock

The one with the huge hedge outside. Cos it's in all the pics and needs cut down.

MacaYoniandCheese Fri 14-Jun-13 22:45:46

I like the fireplace and I love the tiles in the kitchen. Very English...people are frightened of colour where I live.

RedPencils Fri 14-Jun-13 22:46:13

Looks nice I'm oop north So seems mega bucks to me.

iheartdusty Fri 14-Jun-13 22:47:37

Where is the top floor photo?

It is v well presented, but they obviously don't like gardening.

echt Fri 14-Jun-13 22:50:26

What's that thing in the front bedroom window? It looks like part of a bunk bed, which always makes a house look small. Those houses have the biggest bedroom running across the width of the house at the front.

Hedge needs cutting.

ouryve Fri 14-Jun-13 22:51:33

Seems a bit pricey? 3/4 million would buy you a mansion oop north!

It was the red blinds in the front room that solved it for me. I guess they had to take the picture showing some of the next door house because of the huge-ass hedge in front.

Echt, Could it be some kind of swanky child-proofing for the window?

miffybun73 Fri 14-Jun-13 22:54:22

I'd say the one without the bins.

Not being from London I am just shock at £734,950 for a terraced house.

This is a house in my town and is what I'd expect for the price

www.andrewsnape.com/property-details/cheshire/cheadle/hill-top-avenue

For £750k you'd want to see more than 6 photos on rightmove!

Pimpf Fri 14-Jun-13 22:55:18

The one with the hedge. Look at the floor plan and the position of the front door
