Viewing Properties and Compromise.

Having been dabbling for ages a while we are now seriously looking to move.

We obviously have our ideal home in mind but realistically know we are unlikely to find the perfect one.

How do you prioritise and compromise?
Do you list essentials, ideals, etc and score each house or just go by the feel of it?

I'm nervous and need guidance please

Thanks

Blueberry, I love the idea of the 'smile factor' - I shall use that!

I have to view ASAP because my 'must haves' are not things estate agents even--care about-- mention - the quality of the light, the view or aspect, the proportions rather than the size of the rooms, the look of other houses around it, easy access for my arthritic knees/hip...

Todays viewing had the smile factor smile

Could be a goer.
