Online estate agent issue

We've decided to go with an online estate agent and the house should be on Rightmove on Tuesday. He was very professional and polite when he came to take the pictures last week but...he doesn't want to mention in the description that the house is in the catchment area of a secondary school which happens to be a brilliant one, so a huge selling point of our house! He said something idiotic like he could be sued if people assume their DC will definitely get in the school and then they don't? Something along the lines that it'd be in breach of the Misdescription Act?
Honestly I was Angry. If he doesn't mention that school in that bloody description I'm going to sue him for the money I've already paid!

Forgot to ask, has anyone heard of this nonsense? All the local agents seem to be mentioning catchment areas no problem!

Yep, I had the same issue. The EA also told me they couldn't write things like 'short walk to shopping precinct' and also about the transport links. After my tie in period I sacked them and went with a local agent.
