Question about IKEA sofa fabrics

We bought an Ikea sofa in a fabric we really like; do you know if we can get the fabric separately? It says we can get extra sofa covers - would these be usable by a furniture reupholsterer?

In short, we want to reupholster a chair in the same fabric but can't find a way around it.
