Our hall is dark and tiny (width is just 2 inches wider than the front door) and no windows. Door to toilet on one side and living room wall on the other, very cramped and annoying having to turn lights on, especially as the switch is in an inconvenient position. Been putting it off but now need to sort it out.
We're thinking about having glass bricks installed so light can come through from the sitting room. Has anyone had anything like this done?
