Hi. I am hoping to get a new kitchen. I want to integrate seperate full height fridge and freezer and for them to be wide. Do you have any idea who makes these? I do not mean standard type hotpoint ones I want something bigger. I have found these but these are not integrated and cost £7.4k each for fridge and freezer (yes you read it correctly). www.johnlewis.com/231054807/Product.aspx Anyone know of cheaper options fo what I am looking for? Thanks

Miele do some pretty big fridges -for instance www.miele.co.uk/fridges/freestanding/k14820sd-ed-cs-452/

  • still presumably pretty pricey, but not 7k kind of pricey! You've got to wonder who spends 14k on a domestic fridge/freezer set Shock

why would you want integrated appliances rather than freestanding?

As above, Fisher & Paykel do wider fridges and freezers but not integrated.
the chances of finding an integrated one will be slim as most appliance companies build the appliances to the same size as every other company so they sell more. Also the wide appliance would require a bespoke door.
The Fisher & Paykel ones have a joining kit but i wouldnt look at JL for these as will cost alot more than other other places, there cost around 1k each.
would prob be less expensive to get 2 x tall fridges and 2 x tall freezers built in side by side or one of each next to each other x 2 if you have the space

I agree about getting two normal ones rather than a huge one. Unless it is important to your lifeplan to spend lots of money.
