Where is the sign -in page??

I keep going round and round in circles and coming back to the page that says "Install Player" I click on this and the plug-in thing downloads but nothing opens but I'm trapped in the IKEA website without finding my plans....

Do you use Firefox? It doesn't like that, I found.

I had to use Internet Explorer grrrr, doesn't like Firefox and many others.

Yes agree you need to use in internet explorer. Quite temperamental so keep saving your plan so you don't lose changes.
