Apparently are going to be announced later today. I wonder what changes there will be?

Thank you for the heads up. I am a planner but on mat leave and have no idea what's going on in the real world and having too much fun to find out unless its really big!.

I imagine though that it will involve less control over new development so adverse impacts on design and the environment and based on the fact that the economic down turn, housing shortages, nhs waiting lists and declining school standards are all the fault of planners because planners are evil.

Given they will let just about anything through Round here and certainly design no grounds for refusal looking At 2 overgrown sheds out back It beggars belief they need to make laws more liberal.

The jist seems to be nothing at all will change, there will still be fields of green whilst children are stuffed into flats with no space, the nimby's vote you see.
