£790k Chelsea

£750k Durham

Thats the best I found in Chelsea Grin. Thought I would put in a local comparison from round my way!! 3hrs 10 mins into Kings cross from Durham for the commute in case your friend fancies a change of scenery!!

oreo - plus you example in Chelsea is on a VERY busy polluted street (stationary traffic every rush hour)! if it wasn't it would be even smaller. It's the pits over there for value!

Oreo - smallest chair ever in the living room of the Chelsea flat! Is it a kids chair or a dog's chair I wonder?

They'll do anything to make the room look bigger!

Grin Didn't notice the chair in the living room I just like to look at pretty pictures not read room dimentions, but I did think I had been in bigger aeroplane loos than the bathroom, and kitchen for that matter!!

Its frightening what you have to pay - I know Chelsea is an expensive part of London but Shock, where do you turn around?
