Can anyone help me find a small (height-wise) over mantle mirror?

The fireplace in our living room has a high mantle shelf, and then a picture rail above it. The upshot is that the gap that a mirror could go in is only about 68cm. I want an over mantle mirror - ideally something plain like this

but not as big as this one won't fit in the space. We could get a rectangular one that would fit in but would really prefer curved if we can find one....does anyone have any ideas where to look?

We got one for £12 in tk maxx.

It was different to what you are looking for but there was a huge range to choose from.

Hadn't thought to try there - will do when I get chance to pop down. Thank you

www.ornategiltmirrors.co.uk/html/mirrors.htm

This page has 2 which look perfect - 4th row down - they are about 60cm high. They are gilt and antique though so not suitable if you want something silver or more modern.

Fingers crossed we'll be moving in the next couple of months and I fear I'm going to need a LOT of help decorating the new place. Its previous owners are vehr stylish and I can almost anticipate the house sighing with disappointment when our stuff arrives Grin

good luck! our house has a long way to go before it looks properly furnished (at the moment it has a rather empty minimalist look).

Minciepie - great sleuthing work....size-wise they are perfect. But I don't think they'll go with the room - it really does need to be silver (or white-ish painted at a push)
