Just wondering what would be appropriate. Almost there with buying a house - due to get keys in 2 weeks if all goes well Grin. I'd like to go and visit again before then to make a list of things I need to get done right away and ask the vendor to give me a quick run through of the boiler, radiator operations etc. The house is empty but the seller lives pretty close by. I would normally ask solicitor how to request this but he's off for a week's holiday now. Would it be appropriate to phone the seller's estate agent and ask it they'll meet me there for an hour or so next week some time, or should I really go via solicitor as things are so close to completion?
