Howdens pullout larder problems

I had a howdens kitchen fitted in dec but have had problems with the larder since April when my bil pulled it open too hard and it fell off the top bracket. We've done our best to re-hang it but it still slips out occasionally and the top of the larder now no longer closes flush with the unit.

Has anyone else had this problem and what have they done to solve this problem? Thank you for your help.

there is probably an end-stop that a wheel has come past. If you are unlucky something has broken. Contact Howdens and ask then to send you a copy of the installation instructions for it (they will probably do it online) then it will show the parts and how they are meant to fit together.

These pull-outs are incredibly expensive Sad but really useful

We had the same issue. Ours was sliding open all the time so my dad came to fix it and pulled it open and the whole thing fell out! Amongst the numerous obscenities he said that there is no stopper to it. I think he sorted it by putting a screw into it to act as a stopper.

We still have the issue that if there's heavy food like tins or cat food in it it will slide open. I just store pasta and cereals in there now.
The idea one is better.

I think the problem might be there is no stopper, but it also sort of leans out and doesn''t close at the top. I think i may have to contact them.

Had no problems with my ikea one although it was a narrower larder so i wonder if this is just too big (wide) to work satisfactorily.
