I had the same problem with the grid. Just keep refreshing. At one point it emptied my basket and made me start again.

I hope they honour it. If they do I have done really well

I takes the discount off before the basket level - it doesn't show the 25% discount specifically but you'll see the delivery charge disappear.

I also agree this is unlikely to be a mistake. Far better to have a "glitch" they then honour than eg starting the sale early. They know exactly what they're doing!

Actually, this happened before last year's sale didn't it? Because once the sale kicked in, people were annoyed that the prices were effectively higher than with the 'glitch'.

Thanks very much-was going to send Amazon vouchers to 15 kids, have now bought lovely boden tops which work out cheaper and more personal. Also winter coat, pjs, underwear,socks, dressing gown, 2 tops and tartan trousers for DS which can bulk out presents.and socks for my mum! All for £250.

The code is still visible on the site - when they pull codes you get a message in yellow saying 'This code has expired'

OK well I get just the MON1 or whatever code visible (giving the 30% discount) and if I try to add another then the first one disappears so I don't see how i can use both??

It is definitely not working. Yesterday I deleted the Mon1 code and added the q752 code and both discounts worked. Today it won't work. They must have fixed the glitch. Wait a shame I didn't order more than one thing yesterday

Still not working for me, you will have gathered - have tried logging out and in again.

It worked fine for me a minute ago. Enter it at checkout and it will affect the items in your basket, not the items you browse on screen. I was going to wait for the sale but so many things I liked are already low stock or gone!

camgirl - that's what I've been doing, but the prices of the items in my basket are not changing.

To be fair I'm not massively desperate for the stuff, just really riled now that the extra discount won't work

Work out the costs, its 30% off anyway, then 25%off the 30% code. I'm ordering a few more bits and it definitely is working.

The total price showing is with 30%off plus 25% off. Does that make sense?

It makes perfect sense to me wewereherefirst, it's just that that's not happening for me - only the 30% off.

It matters not in the wider scheme of things.

What a shame that thet pulled all codes, I just try some 15% off and they don't work too.

It's a more shame because seems they pulld codes only from UK sites.
On US site you could use Q753 and it's works.

I think it is still working.
If you look at the clothes I can see the original price, then another one, both scored out, with a lower price by the side -

So for example in Womens T shirts

Peter Pan T shirt
£49.00, £34.30 then it's £25.73

This is using code Q752 and it is the same price in the shopping basket.

Is there a "sign out" option on the website?

Yes as bobolbach says the code when you add it to the basket is already showing with the 30% off as the 30% is universal and off everything. You then add code Q752 which takes 25% off this looks like the only discount but if you clicky on each item in thecdescrption box you can see two crossed out prices (original price and 30% off price) and then the price not crossed out is the price afterthe 25% has been taken off.

I can't make it work, though I do see near boden logo in the box it says :› 25% off plus free delivery. Usually if code is expired it says that or that code is invalid. I checked if it works for me in 3 different browsers but without results.

I think it's because it is a once only code - if you've ordered once using the 25% code off you can't get any additional discount.

I saw another thread about the 30% on sunday, didn't read it through just the title, went to the boden website, struggled to place an order and didn't realise you could get the extra 25% off which I'm a bit gutted about...... do you think they will do it again or will it be the sale next...... Saw the price go up in front of my eyes as I was about to order something- phoned boden and they said the code wasn't meant to work on top of 30% off and that the technical 'glitch' had now been sorted- thought it was too good to be true and an expensive mistake for Boden!
