Hi,
Have heard a few people mentioning Quidco recently and have just been on the website reading the info.
It sounds too good to be true to me. Does anyone use it and has it been worthwhile?
Thanks

I should have £26 cashback from pet insurance, and £80 from house insurance, less £5 membership on its way ... not with me yet, not entirely sure of the rules, but I know a couple of entirely sensible people who've had a decent amount of money back from them.
i think its worth it, it doesn't cost you anything to do it and you can earn money back so why not! its not a lot of effort to get something back. i joined it about a week ago, ive earned about £10 through just buying a few things i would have bought anyway, and if you use it when buying bigger purchases you would get a lot more. im pleased with it so far

i do it too, no problems really
have ad about £250 through them since joining in June
Def use it if you're buying any insurance policies but do remember to compare prices and don't just go with the one that offers you the best cashback. Many online retailers are there so if you do a lot of internet shopping it's really worth it as it all adds up and is always a nice little bonus when you do get cashback
They pay out every month straight into your bank, they do charge a one-off £5 fee which comes off your first payment.
Have a good root around the site when you sign up so you can see if it'll be worth it for you. You've nothing to lose really!

Thanks for feedback everyone. Have signed up and already earned 86p !!
Think it is def worth it. Just wish I could make it my home page to remind me to use it more!
Also you do need to clear your cookies when visting a retailer again.

I've been using it since March 2007 and have made nearly £750
.
Even using it when you buy things on ebay means that the pennies add up and using it for insurance, or new broadband or utilities supplier helps too

Just had a look and a transaction I made in October will be coming into my bank account at the end of the month - £23 for changing energy suppliers and it will be cheaper every month too
I've used it too, waited about 2 months for O2 cashback of 70 pounds, currently awaiting 110 for switching energy supplier. Just to say when you notify them of bank details, they'll not authorise a payment until after 10 days for security, after that any payments will come automatically once verified. Def. worth doing whenever you do insurance/utility switches etc. Couldn't believe that it works, but it does, if you were going to spend money, worth a look there first.
I use it and have made £500 over the last few years. Never had any issues. Money is paid every month into my bank account. Its no hassle - you just have to remember to go via their website.
Does anyone know if you can make Quidco your homepage?
I use that one too...depends who has the better rate!

thanks trillian - have just joined topcashback. am already a quidco gal, but presume there are sites on one which are not on another.
How exactly do they pay you your cashback as it has not asked for any banking details unlike quidco?

I joined Quidco in March and have got over 600.00 since then- just by changing my insurances over and mobile phone- don't really use it for internet shopping as most of what I buy comes from ebay. I keep it in a seperate account and have also got 200.00 from Topcashback. So have 800.00 saved since March- going to use it for a holiday- will be good do something with it and class it as totally free money. It definately seems too good to be true and I was very skeptical at first until I got my 1st payment through. Sometimes its really slow and take 6 mths for payments to come through and sometimes you have to chase ones that don't track- but for free money you can't complain
You can also earn from ebay via quidco!

I did see that but the amount of time I spend on ebay, I cant be bothered going through quidco each time for a few pence. Probably does all add up- but I'm interested in the big bucks
