Can not get k3002 to work - even though I add it with the account login, delivery charge still shows up! Am I doing something wrong or is it valid for a number of items / minimum spend?

If you send an email telling customer service that you have used the code but it hasn't worked they will refund the delivery charge from your account. I have to do this quite often. HTH

No, there is no minimum. Just send them an email quoting the code you used, tell them it didn't work and ask them to apply it and amend your account at their end. They have never failed to do this for me.

I always have things delivered to my local store, to avoid the delivery charge - that only works of course if you have a local store and you've ordered something you can carry home.

Try sending an email saying that you couldn't get the code to work. I did this last week with the earlier code and they replied saying that it was 1 day out of date but that as a "gesture of goodwill" they would refund me the delivery charge.

They do not do delivery to local store otherwise I'd do that!

I refuse to pay delivery charges!!!!!
